The size of the Crystal is dependent on the Animal and the photograph provided. When converting a photograph of an Animal we have to compensate for the depth of the Animal, as
they tend to have larger/longer faces than humans. This means, with Horses particularly, that they have to go into a larger sized crystal and is why additional costs are applied.

If you would like a crystal creating from TWO SEPARATE photographs, please ensure you complete the additional parts of the upload options.

This unique process allows us to produce 3D versions of your photographs, however it does not edit or enhance the photograph that you provide. We also work on a ‘What you see is what you get’ basis; as we can only convert what is VISIBLE in the photograph. If the subject is turned to the side, or has something obstructing their face then this area will not be visible in the conversion.
The quality & area of the conversion will match the quality of YOUR PHOTOGRAPH and so we recommend that your photo be:

– WELL LIT
– IN FOCUS
– With ALL people facing FORWARD
– AT LEAST 150kb (right click on your image and select properties to check this)

We also recommend that you provide the original photograph, with no effects or filters applied.

All photos will be cropped to a bust shot (head/chest) – no body parts will be included in the conversion, unless otherwise stated.

CRYSTAL AMAZE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR CONVERSIONS PRODUCED FROM POOR QUALITY & REDUCED AREA PHOTOGRAPHS. 
It is up to the customer to provided the BEST possible photograph for their conversion.

PLEASE NOTE our conversions require a MINIMUM of 72 hours to be produced.
